The famous Lewis & Irene bumbleberries fabric is made up of bubbles of colour with a variety of tones that complements any design, making it a super blender or backing fabric.

Premium quality 100% cotton fabric with a soft feel and drape, perfect for a wide range of craft projects, dressmaking, patchwork, quilting, bunting, interior projects etc.

Ordering: This fabric is priced by the 1/4 metre (1 unit). Multiple units will be sent as a continuous piece.

For example if you'd like 1.5 metres this is 6 units (6 x 1/4 metre) so enter '6' into the Quantity box and Add To Basket. This will be cut as one continuous piece measuring 1.5m long x the width of the fabric.

1 unit will be cut as a skinny quarter (25cm length x full width of fabric). If you would prefer a fat quarter (50cm length x half the width of the fabric), please let us know in the notes of your order.

If you’d like your fabric to be cut to different lengths, please add a note with order at checkout.

Care instructions: We recommend either hand washing your fabric or on a gentle machine wash at 30 degrees. Natural drying is always best, but if you must tumble dry please use a low temperature.

Fabric Size Guide

As the image shows, we cut our fabrics by the Fat Quarter, Half Metre, 3/4 Metre and Full Metre.

Skinny Quarter = 110cm wide x 25cm long (43" x 9.5")

Fat Quarter = 55cm wide x 50cm long (21" x 19")

Half Metre = 110cm wide x 50cm long (43" x 19")

3/4 Metre = 110cm wide x 75cm long (43" x 29")

Full Metre = 110cm wide x 100cm long (43" x 39")

Please note that this is a rough guide as the fabrics can vary slightly in width.

Once you have found a fabric you like, you'll see on the page there is a box called 'Quantity'. You can either type directly into this box, or use the up and down arrows as appropriate.

You can decide how much you would like to buy using the Quantity box. If you only want 1 Fat Quarter leave the Quantity box with ‘1’. If you would like Half Metre type '2' into the box (or use the Up Arrow to increase the quantity). If you would like 3/4 Metre type '3' into the box, and so on.

Finally, click 'Add to Basket' and this will add the fabric to your Shopping Basket ready for you to check out.

Any amount you select will be cut as one continuous piece, unless otherwise specified, although please be aware that rolls do have a finite length so on some occasions it may be unavoidable for your fabric to be in multiple pieces. In this instance, we will make effort to contact you, so please ensure that the information you enter at checkout is accurate.
