Calico - Pre-Shrunk Quilters - per half metre
Our Quilters Pre-shrunk Calico is a plain-woven fabric made from unbleached seeded cotton – a high quality finished fabric, soft to touch and perfect for many craft and quilting projects.
Pre-shrunk calico is a versatile, 100% cotton fabric good for projects where stability is key, such as dressmaking toiles, quilting, crafts, and making bags, because the pre-shrinking process minimizes future shrinkage. Its smooth, slightly finer quality and strength make it ideal for items like aprons, cushion covers, and fabric backdrops, as well as for dyeing projects since it remains natural and unbleached.

Ordering: This fabric is priced by the half metre / 50cm (1 unit). Multiple units will be sent as a continuous piece.
For example if you'd like 1.5 metres this is 3 units (3 x 1/2 metre) so enter '3' into the Quantity box and Add To Basket. This will be cut as one continuous piece measuring 1.5m long x the width of the wadding.

Washing Instructions: Loomstate fabric will shrink by around 10% on first wash and a further 3% thereafter. 30 degree machine wash. Cool tumble dry. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
